Management trainee opportunities with The Sunway Group, Malaysia

The Sunway Group (Malaysia) is keen to attract applications from Malaysian students and/or graduates from Scottish universities for its management trainee programme.

The Sunway Management Trainee Programme (known as 'SMART' Programme) is a structured 2-year Development Programme to accelerate learning and development. The programme will develop a balance of functional excellence and skills to enable SMART executives to effectively lead the Sunway Group in the future.

Location: Menara Sunway, Jalan Lagoon Timur, Bandar Sunway, 46150 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia.

Salary: MYR 3,000 per month

SMART REQUIREMENTS
· Excellent academic qualifications
- at least a 2nd Class Upper / CGPA 3.3 or equivalent.

· Active involvement and demonstrated leadership in extracurricular activities.

· Personable, confident and able to handle challenges in a competitive environment.

· Malaysian Citizen or Permanent Resident.

· Proficiency in Mandarin (for International Marketing position)

· Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting or Professional Qualification in Accounting, Engineering (Civil/ Structural), Quantity Surveying, Construction Management and other related disciplines.
