ABEC-001 Stress Engineer 应力分析工程师
Common Requirement
- The basic knowledge of the aircraft structure (or at least the slim beam/thin shell structure) is a plus
- Could work with people in a team and have the commitment to one’s work
- Could explain technical details and communicate in English, the capability to communicate with international customers is a plus
- A quick learner and a technical thinking inclination are quite preferred
Detailed technical requirements
Static
- Good knowledge on Material Mechanics, solid command of basic concepts (material properties, beam theory, failure criterion, buckling, etc); knowledge of Elastic Mechanics is a plus
- Experience of metal static analysis, especially on buckling and joint; experience of analysis on aircraft structure or the slim beam/thin shell structure is appreciated
- Capable to build calculation model from real structure, capable to perform hand calculations, good command of MS Excel with VBA programming as a plus
Composite
- Knowledge on composite material, manufacturing and characteristics, sandwich structures, sizing composite structure, composite structure test or NDI (non destructive inspection) for composite structure
- Basic knowledge of composite CLA (classic laminate theory, such tape/fabric properties, ABD matrix, CLA assumption, etc)
- Experience of composite structure modeling/Analysis in Patran/Nastran, with laminate modeler as a plus.
FEM
- work experience with constantly FEM modeling and analysis, meshing skill is strongly requested, using Patran/Natran is a plus
- Basics of FEM theory and corresponding numerical knowledge, experience of the FEM source coding is preferred and a plus
- If candidate's major FEM experience is Patran/Nastran, then she/he should have:
- Basics of the element properties and definition (including the RBE and MPC), the load/constraint definition, the material properties definition, composite knowledge is a plus
- Basics of the common solution series and subcase control (especially SOL101 and SOL105) in Nastran analysis, analysis deck format
- Basics of the Nastran operation environment especially the UNIX system.
- Work experience of the preprocess especially the mesh work, the post-processing, especially the free body load extraction, fringe, marker and cursor operation in Patran etc, with PCL program capability as a plus
F&DT
- Basics Mechanics theory background, especially on Fracture mechanics, be familiar of basic concepts of Fatigue and Damage Tolerance.
- Fatigue and Crack Growth analysis experience, could perform fatigue and damage analysis with different tools
- Capable of how to select of critical damage locations (on A/C structures is a plus)
