Visit for international students to Ernst & Young, 5 July 2011, 12.30 - 14.30


Ernst & Young provide assurance and advice to help companies, from entrepreneurial start-ups to major multinationals, reach their goals. They offer graduate opportunities in Assurance, Advisory, Tax or Corporate Finance.

Assurance professionals play a vital role in the economy by providing companies, investors and regulators with confidence about the validity of financial statements, business-critical information or processes.

Within Advisory there are six areas you could join as a graduate:
  • Actuarial
  • Financial Services Advisory Consultant Programme
  • Advisory Consultant Programme
  • Advisory Consultant Programme – Technology
  • Information Technology Risk & Assurance (ITRA)
  • Financial Services Risk
  
This visit is being organised by the Scottish Government-funded Workplace Experience project for international students. Students who attend will be able to gain an insight in to how the company works, what their business is about and the types of careers available to graduates within the organisation.
  
There will be a session on how Ernst and Young support the professional development of their employees. There will also be a Question and Answer session at the end.

Please note that places are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. You should complete an application form and return to Elaine Wilson by 15 June 2011.
