HR Job Description:
- Work on long term projects such as: on boarding materials for formal employees and interns, updating the intern survival guide, writing on-boarding materials, managing the GW International Club, etc.
- outlining and presenting HR procedures.
- Creating and compiling comprehensive orientation materials.
- Regularly update and post news on the GW Intranet website
- Organizing meetings, events, and field trips for interns
- Updating foreign employees database
Requirements:- Proficiency in both English and Chinese, oral and written (Mandarin Fluency Preferred)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently
- Proactive and energetic personality
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- HR related experience
2. IT Intern
Number of posts: 1-3
Positions:
- Software development, running and maintenance
- System development and support; exchanging and evaluation of IT project ideas
Tech Support for foreign employees
- Make manuals for foreign employees
- Desktop support for foreign employees
- Development, assist team in improving, and testing of English interface of system applications
- Communication of IT practices to Foreign Employees
- Establish and operate BBS for foreign employees
- Share new ideas and ways of thinking with Chinese employees
- English teaching and communication with Chinese employees
-Management, IT, Communication, or Media major students with IT-related skill sets and some related experience of organizing school-related activities
-Be open in personality and good at communicating. It is best if he or she can speak Chinese.
