Through the Talent Networks Platform, Universum wants to help connect international employers with global talent by providing a forum where the unique skillsets and experiences of international students are appreciated as such. For students, this means that rather than frantically searching through job boards and classifieds, they can register on the Platform and let Universum find opportunities that match their expectations and achievements.Through the Universum Talent Networks platform, students will have the opportunity to:
- Stay informed about industries of interest;
- Be matched and selected for job opportunities meeting their preferences and competencies;
- Connect to companies that fit their career goals through webinars, events, etc.
As a Network member, students will also be provided with valuable feedback on their profile’s match to their preferred industries’ requirements and be able to benchmark their competitiveness in relation to the member base.
