Placement Opportunity:
Howden are implementing a wholescale HR change programme and would like to offer and exciting opportunity for an International student to be part of this project.

The key tasks of this project will be:
· Resourcing system and process development.
· Survey Development
· HR system development
· Liaison with Chinese business in Beijing & Weihai on HR Projects
· Other tasks as set by line manager.

Required Year of Study: You must be an International student (Non EEA excluding Romania and Bulgaria) studying and taught masters programme.

Required Degree Subject: Business orientated subject discipline, preferably with specific HR modules.

Person Specification:
Howden are looking for students who can demonstrate the following essential and desirable skills/qualities:
· Interest in Human Resources
· Fluent level of spoken and written Mandarin.
· Proficient use of Microsoft Office, including Excel & Powerpoint
· Good analysis and report writing skills
· Adaptable and flexible
· Willingness to learn
· Self-discipline and self-motivation
· People-orientated, team player.
