Internship opportunitiy with one of China's top wind energy companies

The Company: Goldwind Science and Technology is the largest wind energy solution company in China and one of the top ten globally. The company is principally engaged in researching, developing, manufacturing, and marketing large-sized wind turbine and generator sets. Goldwind is growing at an incredible speed and is continually expanding its activities overseas.

The Goldwind Internship Program is designed to provide students with an opportunity to develop their skills in an international setting. Goldwind’s interns gain an unforgettable experience working on various challenging projects at one of the China’s top wind energy companies.

Start Date: ASAP

Length: 6 months

Eligibility: Candidates must be an undergraduate or graduate student.

Work Information: Interns are expected to work full time (40 hours a week). The internship also offers a stipend that varies in amount depending on the candidate’s degree (RMB3,000 per month for Bachelor's degree and RMB4,000 per month for Master's degree).

 

HR Job Description:

- Work on long term projects such as: on boarding materials for formal employees and interns, updating the intern survival guide, writing on-boarding materials, managing the GW International Club, etc.- outlining and presenting HR procedures. - Creating and compiling comprehensive orientation materials.- Regularly update and post news on the GW Intranet website- Organizing meetings, events, and field trips for interns- Updating foreign employees database

Requirements:

- Proficiency in both English and Chinese, oral and written (Mandarin Fluency Preferred)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- background in HR (experience or major)
- Ability to work independently
- Proactive and energetic personality
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
